According to a statement from PredictSpring, its omnichannel solution “unites the online and in-store shopping experience and empowers Janie and Jack store associates to manage inventory, speak with customers, and complete transactions quickly.”

The company “is a design house with every kid at its heart, and we are thrilled to continue meeting the needs of our customers through the integration of PredictSpring’s Modern POS system,” according to Mo Beig, executive vice president and chief financial officer at Janie and Jack. The switch from our old POS system to PredictSpring’s Modern POS has completely transformed our capacity to offer our cherished clients highly customized, quick, and smooth omnichannel journeys.

The integration takes place as brands and retailers boost their investments in technologies designed to streamline front- and back-of-house processes and empower front-of-house staff to provide customers with a truly omnichannel experience.

Go Global Retail, the company that owns Janie and Jack, Modcloth, and Brums Milano, is led by managing partner Jeff Streader. He said the company’s transition “from a legacy application to a cloud-based omnichannel-focused solution is an important step in our overall digital transformation within our premium children’s brand and part of the Go Global Retail growth playbook.”

The advantages of the connection include clienteling services and omnichannel capabilities, which “unify in-store and online shopping into one seamless journey.” According to PredictSpring, the CRM and other backend systems of Janie and Jack can be integrated with microservices-based API architecture. Real-time order and inventory management, as well as upgrades to real-time reports, are also provided through the integration. Orders that can be shipped from a store can also be paid for remotely.

PredictSpring’s founder and CEO, Nitin Mangtani, stated that integrating the platform with the retailer will assist its store personnel in “meeting the fast shifting demands of the modern consumer. Being able to accommodate Janie and Jack’s intricate integration requirements in such a short amount of time is a credit to our potent APIs and genuine omnichannel capabilities.
