Director Greta Gerwig was joined on July 9 in Los Angeles by Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, the “Barbie” ensemble, and others to promote the next film, which will hit theatres on July 21. The hit movie “Barbie” follows Mattel’s well-known doll as she travels from Barbieland to the real world. Along with Ryan Gosling, Will Ferrell, Emma Mackey, Dua Lipa, Hari Nef, Simu Liu, and Ncuti Gatwa, the movie also stars Hari Nef, Emma Mackey, Emma Liu, and Simu Liu. Charli XCX, Tame Impala, Ice Spice, Lizzo, and Haim all contribute songs to the soundtrack of the film, which is equally star-studded. Together with her longtime boyfriend Noah Baumbach, Gerwig cowrote the screenplay for “Barbie”. Prior to this, the duo had written the script together for their 2012 dramedy “Frances Ha.”
